Damaged or Defective Items
We take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send an email to email@veronica-nelson.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
- Upon review, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.
